What is WICMA?

The Women in Content & Marketing Association (WICMA) is a community-led organization dedicated to celebrating and supporting women in content and marketing. We bring together connection, recognition, and learning to empower women at every stage of their careers.

Through community, awards, and events, WICMA creates meaningful opportunities for women to build relationships, gain visibility, and grow their impact. From fostering peer networks and recognizing industry-leading work to delivering expert-led programming, WICMA goes beyond connection. We create the platforms, access, and momentum women need to thrive and lead.

WICMA is more than an organization. It is a movement dedicated to elevating women in content and marketing, amplifying their voices, and creating pathways for growth, leadership, and impact.
