Amanda Garcia is an Emmy award-winning broadcast journalist and content marketer based out of Los Angeles. For almost a decade she's worked in content marketing for both startups and global technology companies like Slack and Salesforce.

She’s spent the last few years at Twilio as a Principal Content Marketing Manager crafting engaging thought leadership content for Twilio’s Blog and spearheading in-depth global research reports for integrated marketing campaigns like Twilio’s 2024 State of Customer Engagement Report. She’s also responsible for publishing marquee Twilio customer stories, drafting scripts for short-form videos featuring Twilio products, and collaborating on brand media content for Twilio’s social channels.
