Donna Barker

Donna Barker is a dynamic and results driven marketing executive with a track record of transformative leadership across the health, wellness, food, and personal care industries. She was most recently SVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Health Monitor Network®, the pioneering point-of-care company in the U.S. and a founding member of the Point of Care Marketing Association (POCMA).
At Health Monitor Network, Donna led the company’s brand evolution, introducing a modernized positioning strategy, rebranding initiative and new innovations. She spearheaded the redesign of its legacy print offerings, launching digital product extensions that enhanced the company’s market relevance. Under her leadership, the company significantly expanded its social media presence, revamped its website, launched innovative new products and developed impactful marketing campaigns that reinforced its position as a thought leader in the industry. During her tenure, the company grew significantly and expanded its client base. In recognition of her contributions, she received the CEO Award for Transformative Business Impact and MM+M ‘s Award for Woman of Distinction for her impact on business and her leadership.
Prior to Health Monitor Network, Donna held senior marketing leadership roles at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, GSK, and Unilever, leading OTC and CPG brands with revenues ranging from $50M to $1B. She successfully delivered high-impact omnichannel marketing campaigns for brands such as Hellmann’s ®, Wish-Bone ®, Slim-Fast ®, Centrum®, ChapStick ®, Advil Respiratory ®, Robitussin ®, Knorr ®, Ragu ®, Lipton ® and many more iconic consumer brands.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Donna is committed to community impact. She serves on the Executive Leadership Council of United Way of Northern New Jersey, advocating for ALICE® (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) populations. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The College of New Jersey. Graduated with honors (magna cum laude).
