For over 20 years Zerlina has created and delivered digital strategies and engaging experiences that help users meet their goals and ensure businesses deliver results. As a noteworthy leader in the digital space, she’s worked at some of the nation’s most recognizable brands, including Domino’s Pizza, PNC Bank, H&R Block, and currently New York Life. In her role as VP of Media & Channels, Zerlina works with her team to maximize the value of NYL’s marketing investments to improve engagement, increase consideration, and drive sales across owned and paid channels.

Zerlina holds a Master of Science in Marketing & Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Applied Science with minor in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. She currently resides in South Orange NJ with her husband and son.
