Phoebe has over a decade of media experience with a long time practice of coaching, mentorship, and sponsorship in the newsrooms she’s supported. She has helped hundreds of professionals achieve their career goals and drive better business results in her coaching practice, which she formalized in 2019. She’s the author of The Workplace Guide to Time Management: Best Practices to Maximize Productivity. She was featured in the Netflix Original documentary “Take Your Pills: Xanax,” where she discusses the non-chemical tools in her anxiety management toolbox.
Julie Hochheiser Ilkovich is an award-winning content marketing expert and entrepreneur. She is co-founder and managing partner of Masthead, a full-service content marketing agency. She is also a career expert and the host and executive producer of the WomenHeard podcast. Julie’s passion for supporting and elevating women led her to become the co-founder and executive director of the Women in Content Marketing Awards (WICMAs).

Katie Morris, is an experienced social media strategist with over a decade in Social, Influencer, and PR strategies across CPG, Automotive, Snacks, Confectionery, and Alcohol. Currently at VML, makes key decisions and crafts the vision for a brand's overall approach to social. Previously, she has worked in house at Hershey and Dot’s Pretzels in social and PR. Before that, she spent 5 years at The Royals (independent agency) working on award-winning work for Aperol Spritz, Mercedes-Benz, Spotify and more, driving innovative campaigns and brand engagement.
Her viral TikTok series “Swagger Vs Kicker,” focused on NFL fashion choices, garnered more than 20 million views, 1.8 million likes, and 32 thousand followers organically, attracting widespread media coverage and collaborations with the NFL Draft and the Kansas City Chiefs.
